At Nuvabreath, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
-Unused and in the same condition you received it
-In its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used diffusers or cores.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@nuvabreath.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions.
3. Once your return is approved, you can send the item back to our return address.
Please do not send your product back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process unapproved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@nuvabreath.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
